[Vials] Influvac Tetra flu shot contains nano-tech

In current post I will analyze Influvac Tetra flu vax, produced by Viatris.

Magnification range used is: 160x up to 1600x.

I started my test by adding a drop of the vial under the microscope and covering it with a small microscope slide (standard procedure in labs).

First thing I could observe was nano-capsules moving together in the same direction. Question is: who give them the direction and provide the energy to move?

Another interesting thing was a kind of nano-bot dancing and moving at the same time in the same direction with nano-capsules:

What these nano-capsules deliver? Are these nano-capsules the vector carriers? What are they carry into human blood?

Another important structure I saw into Influvac vial is the islands. As far as I could observed up to now, these islands seems to be the construct base of nano-tech devices.
